Shipping to international destinations out of Asia Pacific regions is temporarily suspended due to the Covid-19 emergency situation. We invite international customers wishing to proceed with a special delivery outside of the mentioned countries above to reach out our team by email at info@anotherstorybangkok.com. Our team will be happy to request a special quotation from our carrier partner DHL. Clients shall be willing to endorse higher delivery fees due to the exceptional situation and non-specific to ANOTHER_STORY policies.

 

All customers placing orders from outside of Thailand will be responsible for the payment of all import tax and duties levied by the country to which the products are shipped. Customers should note that payment of the local import tax and duties upon arrival in the country is mandatory for the release of the products ordered from the local customs office. Our carrier partner, DHL shall inform customers about the details of any import tax and duties to pay upon arrival in the country.

The tracking number will also be sent to customers email address given at checkout.

If you cannot find your tracking number, or if you cannot follow up your order from our ANOTHER_STORY customer account, contact our team and provide your name, order reference (example: AS#20201001) and e-mail address given at checkout. You can reach out for help by sending an e-mail at info@anotherstorybangkok.com. Our team will answer within 24 hours.
