Another Story pays particular attention to the quality of its products. However, should customers find any fault despite all the quality checks carried out, please inform us immediately upon reception of the item(s) within 24 hours, of the identified issue at email@example.com with our order reference, photos of the items and a short explanation of the problem. Our team will carefully consider your request to send you a replacement or a refund.
Please follow the return procedure and state the reason for returning as “damaged”. If ANOTHER_STORY accepts the stated fault, customers will be proposed to re-order the same item (subject to availability) or to get reimbursed.
The Customer is solely responsible for all costs of returning items including shipping fees, import tax and duties imposed by Thai customs. The total amount of the costs will be deducted from the claimed amount by ANOTHER_STORY*.
Your refund will take effect within 15 days of receiving the items and related refund request.
ANOTHER_STORY may update this refund policy in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
