Counting from the date the order is received by the customer, customer has 7 days in which to return the products ordered.

Returns can only be made by adhering strictly to the procedure below:

1-To initiate a return process, please first contact us at and state the reason of return.

2-Products must be returned in their original packaging, with their labels intact, still attached to the products, with any accessory or free gift included, in perfect condition for re-sale. It shall not have been opened, worn, washed or damaged.

3- Returns must be exclusively done through our carrier partner Kerry for Thailand, DHL for outside of Thailand. Products must be returned with Another Story shipping box, original packaging of the items and the order receipt. Customers must keep and use the original shipping label sticked on the received parcel. When picking up the returned parcel, Kerry/DHL will scan the “return” barcode and will proceed directly with the return of the parcel to ANOTHER_STORY team.

3bis -The Customer is solely responsible for all costs of returning items including shipping fees, import tax and duties imposed by Thai customs. The total amount of the costs will be deducted from the claimed amount to ANOTHER_STORY*.

4- Returns to ANOTHER_STORY flagship store, located in Bangkok, EMQuartier, Helix Building, 4f, are also accepted, strictly following above conditions stated in (2) and (3).

5- Once the returned items are well received, strictly respecting (1), (2) and (3) stated conditions, and well checked by our customer care team, we will issue a voucher of the same amount* (see 3bis for international returns) to shop online with OR in store with ANOTHER_STORY flagship.

Items on sales and clearance promotions cannot be returned.

Items bought domestically can be exchanged directly in store.

The items listed below cannot be returned and exchanged:

Swimwear, lingerie, underwear, socks, earrings, health and beauty products, special ordered items, food and beverages.


ANOTHER_STORY may update this return policy in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
